Process Technician I and II Job Functions: Responsible for the operation of injection molding machines Monitor injection molders and extrusion machines during operation Notify Supervisor of any inconsistencies in process or molded product Read, understand, and follow directions per job traveler and dimensional drawings Assit in troubleshooting and correcting issues involving production of parts Monitor daily running jobs for adherence to quality standards Pulls resin from warehouse per job traveler Blends resin per job traveler qualifications Assists with material invertory and cycle counting Ensures lot traceability of all raw materials Breakdown and clean injection molder and components, per work instructions Responsible for ensuring a safe workplace, efficient production processes
