Java Lead - (Plano, TX)

Total 9+ years of background in Java, J2EE technologies. Min 2+ years background TIBCO Business Works. Additional background in messaging (JMS or RabbitMQ or similar) is preferred Background in RESTful or SOAP services is desired Knowledge/Background of Micro services pattern is desirable Required: Very outstanding communication expertise and expertise to mentor/lead members in the team Background in DevOps/Agile is preferable. Knowledge/Background on OMS is MANDATORY. 1.1. Participates in all phases of Development cycle for any data processing systems. 1.2. Analyses and drives the business qualifications. 1.3. Assists PM in creation of Project plan. 1.4. Under general supervision, responsible for basic project management activities of low to medium complexity IT project(s), or support more senior level project management staff for high complexity projects. 1.5. Works with customer to understand existing technical infrastructure. 1.6. Recommends system development tools, security and architectural standards.
