Applications Engineer - (Decatur, IL)

This is an applications/sales engineering role responsible for: 1. Partnering with select OEM accounts to maintain and promote growth and sales within the customer account. 2. Providing technical guidance to OEM customers on the range of products. 3. Partnering with internal engineering groups as well as the sales department to resolve customer issues. 4. Working with OEM partners during new product development efforts to leverage ability in supporting their design efforts. 5. Building relationships and presenting solutions/applications to customers in formal presentation format, sometimes solo and sometimes along with account management partner. Other - Travel up to 35% of the time, more during busy season. All travel is domestic, most OEM sites are on the eastern side of the US. About Aerotek: Our people are everything.
