Engineering/Tech Support - (Salt Lake City, UT)

Applicant will be 1st line of support for technical issues that arise at customer sites. Provide technical support as required to ensure customer's systems and equipment have the highest availability, ensure customers are satisfied with their systems and equipment and that all activities comply to ISO/Corporate policies and procedures. Requirements: Expertise to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings. Comprehend and troubleshoot PLC logic, able to make minor code changes. Understanding of Ladder Logic. Work background (maintain repair) with various electrical and electronic devices. Product knowledge: (preferred) Sortation Systems (RSC's) Paperless Picking Systems Controls AB500 ASi NEtworks Education: Associates degree and/or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school OR 2-3yrs related experience desired.
