Lead Machine Operator - (Richmond, VA)

Lead Machine Operator Responsible to run assigned production bag line and meet production run daily qualifications. Responsible for change overs and ensure correct adjustments are made. Responsible for the quality of product in accordance to specifications. Responsible for the daily pre-checks and basic machine preventative maintenance. Responsible to make basic mechanical repairs. Trouble shoot basic mechanical issues. When needed obtain Maintenance assistance. Make adjustments to equipment to ensure proper weights, measures etc. Perform stretch wrap shrink tests to ensure reduce waste. Responsible for general housekeeping, cleaning up areas to walkways are clear of debris. Follow all safety policies and wear needed PPE at all times. Pre-shift inspections required for line to ensure safety guards are in place and e-stops are functioning. This is a Direct Hire with complete benefits !!! Start immediately.
