Key Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct all business with a professional, courteous and friendly attitude Conduct Discovery Orientation trainings several days per week for new Teammates Interact with Teammates in park, promoting Park Best Practices, Guest Enhancements, and excellent Guest Service Inform Teammates of upcoming activities Maintain a clean and organized work location and perform general housekeeping Adhere to 6 Flags Standards of Appearance Maintain files in compliance with the law and 6 Flags Great America policies Maintain confidentiality about people and files Comply with all 6 Flags Safety and Fire responsibilities, policies, and procedures Adhere to Park attendance policy as stated in the 6 Flags Handbook Follow and complete all delegated tasks deemed by management Report all pertinent info to supervisors and full time staff Answer Team player and Guest questions, create emails, and answer phones Skills and Requirements: Min Age eighteen Must be professional, self-motivated
