Synergy HomeCare of Longmont is looking for a Recruiter/Office Admin to join our office team. The ideal candidate will have the expertise to recruit quality caregivers, assist with training and orientation, supervise caregivers, perform customer satisfaction calls, problem solve with caregivers and clients perform office projects and maintain compliance with state regulations and office policies and procedures and cross-train as a backup scheduler. You need to have open availability, flexibility and a willingness to learn and jump in when needed, including caregiver duties in a pinch! Part-time twenty hours a week (M-F) to start, could eventually go to 40. Must be willing to be on-call one weekend a month (with the office cell phone).
