Helpdesk Technician - Desktop Support - Info Technology Customer Service Representative - Technical Support Representative Position duties include: Responsible for supporting operations of thousands of stores, pharmacies, and clinics Receiving requests via telephone regarding a broad range of questions, issues, and requests Rep must analyze and diagnose issues Technical Support Representative is responsible for handling any application or hardware support questions and issues Responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving problems Resolving customer inquiries by using the tools provided to service the customer quickly, efficiently, and thoroughly Document problems accurately in the appropriate support tools Document clear and concise problem tickets and accurately depict the scope of the issue and outcome Qualifications: Workers will be assigned one weekend day per week. 1 (1) year of customer service background required.
