IT Help Desk Support - (Temecula, CA)

Multi-lingual English-Spanish IT Help Desk Support wanted for leading avocado grower / distributor / exporter with operations in the United States and Mexico. This is a full-time position in an established company with international reach. Description of Duties for IT Help Desk Support Provide initial point of contact for details technology related problems for employees in the United States and Mexico. Assist employees with telephone, email or computer system trouble tickets to resolve or escalate IT systems issues. Sets up and operates computer and machinery peripherals to computer for purpose of providing info to requesting employees. Min Qualifications Strong aptitude in O.S. Repairs, Spyware removal, virus removal, hardware, troubleshooting, and upgrades. Sets up and operates computer and machinery peripheral to computer for purpose of providing details to requesting employees. Work requires knowledge of computer logic and methodology to run computer systems.
