Job description The Multi-Care Unit is a blended unit that takes ICU, PCU and Med/Surg/Tele patients. The RN on this unit supports the vision of the Total Healing Environment and the values of respect, integrity, accountability, commitment and quality while providing nursing care to this broad spectrum of patients in accordance with YRMC established policies, operating practices, guidelines and national standards of care. Job Requirements Preferred Requirements: Cerner Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience preferred. Minimum requirements: Must hold a current, valid Arizona or compact RN state license 2yrs current critical care experience Critical Care competency exam passing grade Basic EKG skills required Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Provider certified Current AHA ACLS Excellent people skills and the expertise to effectively communicate verbally and in writing providing excellent customer service Basic computer literacy and EMR experience.
