Quality Control Technician: Pay: $16-$18/hr Shift: Tue-Sat 12:30p- 9:00p(second Shift) (must be willing to work on Monday's sometime during peak/ busy seasons- OT pay when you work 40+ hours) Location: East Dallas, Tx (Near Mesquite) Duration: 6mo - Hire (Permanent position) Requirements/Requirements: Must have BS in Science field/ knowledge of chemistry and/or microbiology OR have QC background prior Position details: Manufacturing Production: *You will be responsible for working in the laboratory performing different types of testing on different products. *Perform citric acid content by titrations, assay based testing, salt and sugar content test, using a spectrometer to analyze phosphate content in product, prepare standards and reagents for analytical testing.
