Job details The Account Collections Coordinator is responsible for daily deposits, handling cash and calling and corresponding with customers regarding balances and making payment arrangements. This job necessitates a level of discretion regarding customer accounts. Job Function and Responsibilities Customer Account Collection Calls Accurate Accounting of Customer Interactions/Communication Deposit Payment Research, Posting and Balancing Deposit Transfers Account Reconciliation Refund Management Manual Billing Answer Multi-Line Phones Coordinate with three rd Party Collections Agency Necessary background and Experience Collections Experience – 1yr preferred Office Administrative Experience – 1yr Excellent attention to information and communication abilities Working understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Ms word and Microsoft excel Basic Accounting Skills Preferred Expertise to operate independently with little supervision, as well as with a team
