Specialist I-Engineering - (Marshville, NC)

The successful applicant will be responsible for analyzing and clearing held orders associated with Broadband or Dial tone installation, modifications, and upgrades. The applicant will be responsible for Task Manager tasks associated with held orders and will support both business and residential customers utilizing copper cable, fiber cable, and electronic pair gain facilities. The applicant will work on problems of complex scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors and will collaborate closely with OSP Field Engineering on orders requiring construction to support the ordered product.
