Sr Analyst-Engineering - (Twinsburg, OH)

Job details: The Senior Analyst position supports the manager and the supervisor positions established in the Pole Attachment Agreements and Administration department. • This position implements new processes and procedures to replace or to improve the effectiveness and accuracy of existing systems. • In addition, this person develops solutions to problems and issues as they arise. • May assist with planning and implementing long term initiatives due to changes in industry standards or group responsibilities. Duties include but are not limited to: • Deescalating and resolving disputes • Applying known standards and guidelines to unusual or non-recurring events, • Analyzation of issues and details to formulate conclusions and recommendations, • Maintaining accurate records regarding documentation and actions, • Advanced knowledge and use of internal systems, including LeaseNet and DocuShare • Analysis and reporting of data regarding pole attachment-related issues.
