Welcome to Moes! We have a full time openings for a Shift Leader or Roadie. Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends. Be authorized to work in the United States. Must have reliable transportation. As a Shift Leader or Roadie you will interact with guests while working with high-quality ingredients to craft delicious burritoes and other southwestern fare. While a majority of the time you will be in front of guests, there is a attractive deal of cleaning to be done. Shift Leaders will have a range of basic managerial responsibilities which include working with grills and par levels as well as maintaining our standards across each of your shifts. We believe in coaching staff members with positive reinforcement and building teams of people around leaders who lead from the front. Roadies get to immerse themselves in a variety of positions that can be challenging but also immensely rewarding.
