Staffmark is currently looking for a direct hire Service Technician position for a local office equipment repair company! Solid work history is desired. Pay is based on background. Day shift position! Qualifications: Expertise to communicate effectively verbally and in writing build and maintain good customer service strong self discipline and self starter flexibilty in changing priorities throughout day Strong technical skills with knowledge in Microsoft office suite Strong time organizational skills Let's move on to job duites! Responsibilities: Handle emergency service calls at a pre-determined call per day average Assist in maintaining the company service response time based on equipment and needs Document service performed on the equipment Perform preventative maintenance on equipment Operator instruction and training as needed Return warranty and returnable parts with paperwork to office Maintain inventory PM or Rebuild equipment in shop as needed If this sounds like your past background
