In this role, the trainer will keep abreast of various training delivery techniques, business processes, products and systems in specific areas of ability. This could encompass facilitation of multi-week classroom training of customer service individuals in the Training Delivery Operational functions and could include some virtual training facilitation and/or aspects of the design process. Necessary experience: • two or more years of background independently leading classroom training that spans multiple weeks at a time • Background in systems training
