Description POSITION AVAILABLE IN ALBANY ONLY Job assignments (including, but not limited to): Coordinate 811 ticket management activities. Coordinate the daily activities of contactors performing underground electric and gas facilities locating. Develop action plans that address continuous improvement in damage prevention and contractor field performance. Assure that high standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance are met and maintained at the work sites. Assure compliance with all Federal, State, Local and Company safety and environmental guidelines, laws and regulations. Systematically perform field audits to ensure accuracy and completeness while following NYS Rule 753, The Protection of Underground Facilities. Monitor contractor crew activities. Respond to all 3rd party damage investigations and prepare timely damage investigation reports. Provide Quality Assurance that works being performed is per the contract specifications and Workplace standards.
