In this position, you will provide 1st tier IT support and desktop support for the internal teammates. This position will be responsible for anything technology wise on the users' desk. This will include workstations, mobile devices, VOIP phones, etc. You will need to think quickly and be able to bring end users back to a working state in under an hour. This position will own the Workstation imaging process. Duties include::- Prepare, configure and deploy desktop computer systems. - Install, configure, and support multiple desktop applications including windows office suite. - Maintain the IT Asset rotation for decommissioned assets.
