Quality Lead Core Role: PH team support with daily activities involving repair and reporting. Assist PH quality Leader with the following key quality functions: Development and Management of PH department quality business plans and targets. Complex issue initial Quality in Process/Gemba check. Management of the PH GDP. Summarizing and presenting key quality issues. Key functions and Responsibilities: Quality Lead will be responsible for meeting department performance targets related to quality and apply customer viewpoint to all activities. Build a network of associates across the plants to achieve plans and work efficiently as a team. Distinguish performance and build talent within the team. Immediate response analysis, containment and countermeasure application for manufacturing problems. Assist in representing PH department problem analysis, problem tracking to closure creation of full analysis summary report.
