Quality Assurance Supervisor-(two years Food Processing background REQUIRED) Salary: $50,000 - $58,000 Responsibilities:- Supervising QA department personnel; - Developing, implementing and maintaining the GFSI in coordination with the QA Manager; - Developing, implementing and maintaining the HACCP system; - Overseeing the SQF Level III Certification process and ongoing management; - Participating in audits, inspections and preparing reports; - Coordinating testing of ingredients; - Studying reports and documents to identify problems with production and suppliers; - Updating quality related manuals as required; - Conducting new hire GMP and HACCP training along with other training as necessary. Education: 4-year or 2-year degree preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and background to perform the job.
