JOB REQUIREMENTS: Extensively gathering surface preparation specifications for projects Communicating with internal and external customers (including but not limited to engineers, Quality Control representatives, paint representatives, and other vendors/employees) Filing reports and procedures for surface preparation specifications Background with industrial painting Expertise to safely work around the shop area with little direction Capacity to work while maintaining precautions of passing forklifts, trucks, etc. MENTAL REQUIREMENTS: Must possess sufficient people skills to effectively interact with persons inside and outside the Company.
