Essential responsibilities: - Translating product descriptions for newly arriving merchandise from Russian into English; - Answering phone calls and addressing any customer needs/concerns in a professional manner; - Taking orders over the phone; - Processing Internet orders; - Answering customers' e-mails; - Data entry; and - Other general office tasks, necessary to keep the office running smoothly.
