Operations Manager, Major Events - (Bethesda, MD)

Ridgewells Catering seeks a highly motivated and experienced professional in the world of major sports event catering to join the Major Events team as Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will assist the General Manager in the day to day planning and execution of all catering functions for assigned major sports event accounts, and in the development of a new concessions concept. A successful applicant will have demonstrated background in high volume, fast-paced environments on multifaceted projects with the expertise to adapt to change and think outside of the box creatively. Additional priority traits include outstanding communication expertise; strong management expertise with an attention to detail; expertise to work unaided, but also collaborate as part of a team; and effective leadership and management skills.
