Responsible for operating, repairing & maintaining commercial HVAC equip. Requires: Minimum. HS/GED graduate, Tech/trade school certification in HVAC, & 5 years related experience. Above average. math skills, expertise to read/comprehend mechanical & electrical schematics. EPA Universal Cert. required. Working expertise of Microsoft office suite programs. Must be able to climb ladders, distinguish color wires, bend frequently, lift and/or move up to 100lbs. Requires valid DL & good driving history.
