CWS offers management ability across the credit spectrum and supports both MasterCard and Visa accounts as well as a variety of private label debit, credit, stored value, and customer bankcards. Position: Security/Fraud Associate (Phone Unit) Schedules: 1. Monday 9:00am to 5:30pm, Wednesday and Thursday 10:30am to 8:00pm, Friday 11:30am to 9:00pm and Sunday 10:00am to 3:00pm 2. Monday 9:00am to 5:30pm, Tuesday 9:30am to 7:00pm, Wednesday and Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm and Sunday 9:00am to 4:30pm Job details:Monitors account activity to detect possible customer fraud. Performs analysis to identify possible front-end and/or back-end fraud. Identifies areas for increased security procedures and recommends to fraud prevention management. May contact customers to verify or explain unusual account activity.
