Lead Direct Care Staff - Overnight Shift - (Costa Mesa, CA)

Job Descriptions: Do you have a passion for making a difference in the lives of foster youth? If so, we would love to have you as part of the SCCS team! As the Lead Overnight Direct Care Staff in our Level fourteen group homes, you will be responsible for the supervision and care of our youth between the ages of 10-18. SCCS group homes provide a structured and therapeutic environment for our youth through a team based and relational approach. Responsibilities of the Lead Overnight Direct Care Staff include monitoring overnight Direct Care Staff to ensure position assignments are completed, coaching/training overnight Direct Care Staff, maintaining the cleanliness of the homes, dispensing/counting medication, completing paperwork and attending meetings. Pay is $14.50 an hour
