Mid to Senior Level Tech Transactions Attorney, Hardware (Seattle and SF Bay - (San Francisco, CA)

We are actively looking for attorneys with: ---7+ years of background reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various manufacture and supply agreements, component purchase agreements, consultant agreements and distribution agreements. ---Deep understanding of supply chain management, warranty, delivery, warehousing, and IP ownership issues. ---Prior top law firm and in-house background; ---Background working directly with the business side; ---Background with Open Source is highly desirable but not required; ---A dynamic personality with a can-do attitude ---Active California and/or Washington State bar membership (RIHC status not accepted at this time).
