Paralegal/ Analyst-Class Action/ Securities or Anti-trust Job - (New York, NY)

Paralegal/Research Analyst Class Action or Anti Trust Some travel may be required (not much though), and could be international (so valid passport). Antitrust and/or securities class action experience. Familiarity with the global financial markets/corporate actions and different types of investing (common stock, ADRs, options, bonds/asset backed securities, preferreds, shorting, commodities/futures contracts trading, etc.) Will be working as 2nd Research Analyst on team based in Philly that includes support and operations in London, as well. Research position, but requires some tech/computer savvy. Expertise to write memos/executive summaries a plus (writing sample, if possible). If person were to have some corporate actions/ops experience from financial institution, that would be a plus - but not deal breaker. Could be someone who works antitrust or securities claims at a class action claims administrator or a "case starter" or research paralegal from a law firm (plaintiff's side would probably be better).
