Media Insights SupervisorIntegral member of the growing Media Insights team which provides centralized ability, knowledge, and resources to drive insights-led, strategic planning across the agency. Inspires Media Strategy and Channel Planning teams, sparking new ideas and smarter strategies rooted in insights. Responsible for providing insights-led thought leadership for both client accounts and new business projects. Ensures Haworth has best in class resources based on agency/client needs. Educates, challenges and develops junior members within the Media Insights department.Responsibilities: Strategic Support/Partnership on Client Accounts Be a strategic partner on assigned to client accounts, usually as the Media Insights lead, but occasionally as support to Media Insights Director Take the lead on identifying, gathering, synthesizing and presenting insights to drive strategic direction Partner with the Strategy team on target audience development Manage junior teammates on insights gathering
