Escrow Officer/Closer - (Savage, MN)

We are currently looking for an experienced Closer to join the team in our Savage location. Responsibilities: Conduct Closings Including preparing necessary documents, reviewing title commitments and addressing any requirements necessary to provide clear title, disbursing funds, packaging and returning the closing documents, following internal post-closing directions. Monitor any post-closing escrow balances and agreements. Analytical abilities are a must as well as the expertise to ms excel at customer service. Closings may be conducted on-site or off-site as needed. Proficient Communication Collaborate together with internal staff and external contacts to ensure the closing background is efficient, accurate and stress free for buyers, sellers, and any real estate/lending professionals that are involved Requirements:
