Inventory Clerk/Data Entry - (Boynton Beach, FL)

To provide the highest quality service to our members and associates, while maintaining the standards set forth by the Community Services management team. Assist the Inventory department with departmental inventory/supplies, providing organization, must exhibit attention to detail and accuracy which are essential in this environment. Work hard to promote the business and best interests of the Quail Ridge Community. Key functions Timely and effectively process inter-departmental purchase requisitions Timely and effectively process inter-departmental work orders Shipping and receiving of merchandise and supplies Stock and issue supplies and merchandise Compile and maintain records of quantity, type and value of merchandise or supplies Count merchandise or supplies and post totals to inventory records using computer Prepare list of depleted items and recommend survey of defective or unusable items Assist Inventory Supervisor with the effective procurement of merchandise or supplies
