HRIS Analyst Job - (Dallas, TX)

Overview: The primary focus of this position is the support and maintenance of the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and additional other HR related systems. Acting as the technical point-of-contact for the Talent Group and subject matter expert with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, and analyzing for process improvement opportunities. Responsibilities: Provide support for Workday including, but not limited to, end user technical assistance; researching and resolving problems, unexpected results or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements. Serve as a technical point of contact between the Talent Group (HR), Details Technology (IT) and Finance Departments to provide systems support and analysis to enhance system performance for our users. Provides day-to-day HRIS support to Human Resources and the organization in the Workday system.
