Professional CDL Driver - Class A - (Signal Hill, CA)

The Driver A is responsible for the delivery and pick-up of equipment for customers in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner. Safely operate equipment and semi-trucks and trailers. Able to suggest additional equipment needs to customer, as well as any additional supplies that may be needed.REQUIRED COMPETENCIES - KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Basic knowledge of construction equipment and safe driving procedures Knowledge of GPS, QUALCOMM mobile communications system and expertise to read maps Maintain a clean driver---s record and diligent attention to safety Good teamwork and interpersonal skillsESSENTIAL AND NON-ESSENTIAL POSITION ASSIGNMENTS Deliver and pick-up equipment as required at each destination Maintain accurate driver log in compliance with DOT regulations All other miscellaneous duties as assigned EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS High-school certificate or equivalent Class A Commercial Driver's License (valid drivers license) At least 1 year of related experienceWORKING
