Business Architect - (Salt Lake City, UT)

USANA Health Sciences is seeking an experienced Business Architect to collaborate with business and IT partners to analyze and execute on business strategies. This individual is expected to facilitate conversations with project teams (business, development, infrastructure, other IT architects, etc.), and complete the appropriate deliverables (process maps, context diagrams, business capabilities, business rules, etc.), following the guidelines established by Enterprise Architecture. This job necessitates exceptional communication expertise, meeting facilitation skills, highly developed negotiation skills and highly accomplished personal management skills and big picture view of the use of IT to drive business solutions.
