Interstate Realty Management/The Michaels Organization has a full-time position for a Community Manager available at Nest Communities (Osage Apartments, The Nest and Thunderbird Apartments). This Senior Community Manager has full on-site day-to-day responsibility for all properties (community) management activities/functions and ensures that the properties under his/her control are maintained at all times in good physical condition and with a stable fiscal operation, providing residents a clean and well-maintained community. The individual is responsible for the management, coordination and oversight of all phases of the operation of the properties, including (but not limited to): providing leadership and direction to all staff at the properties, budget preparation and control, general administration, property maintenance (exterior and interior), unit leasing and collections, all financial and administrative reporting concerning the properties, staff and residents, resident relations
