Sales Operations Project Manager - (San Luis Obispo, CA)

JOB DESCRIPTION:The Sales Operations Project Manager is a full-time project management position. The role focuses on managing initiatives and strategic projects for the Sales Department inclusive of all functional areas within Sales. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Other duties may be assigned as required. Plan, execute, maintain and track team initiatives and strategic projects ensuring consistency and alignment with company goals. Create, maintain and distribute project reports. Develop and deliver presentations to a variety of audiences. Collaborate with Sales, the Onboarding Team and cross-departmentally to achieve project goals with the company, clients, and stakeholders in mind. Act as a liaison with other departments to communicate, manage, collect and distribute info. Ongoing development and management of team resources. Distribute details and communicate updates to the department. Maintain and update documentation, including but not limited to the Intranet and internal Self-Service Center.
