Operator / Driver CDL Class A or B - (Lima, OH)

This position is responsible for safely operating and driving industrial vehicles, equipment and materials to and from designated work locations; types of vehicles include straight trucks and tankers. Safely operate equipment on trucks, and assist teams in performing work at job site, which may include vacuuming or hydroblasting, cleaning tanks, equipment, facilities and contaminated surfaces. Work is usually performed at industrial work sites including production plants and refineries. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform position assignments in a safe manner compliant with policies, procedures and practices. Comply with DOT (Department of Transportation), EPA (Environmental Protection Agency), industry, state and local government regulations. Safely drive, maneuver and operate commercial vehicles and equipment. Read and correctly interpret maps and directions in order to safely and efficiently arrive at destination. Inspect manifests and shipping paperwork, verify for accuracy.
