Computer Service Dispatcher/Help Desk Tech - (Laurel, MS)

Our service dispatchers take phone calls and emails from managed service customers who need service for their business computer systems and networks. The dispatcher will use our service ticketing software to create a service ticket, gather appropriate details from the customer and assign a technician. This job also provides limited help desk support to customers for the more simple problems. Also required in the management of the service ticket board (an on-screen board") is the responsibility to see that tickets are being worked and completed in a timely fashion, and helping with that process by communicating with customers and technicians as needed.
