Overview Under minimal supervision, designs and/or retools instructor-led, on-line, and blended training programs to improve performance and drive organizational objectives, culture, and compliance. Cultivates and maintains collaborative professional relationships with Enterprise Learning’s customers to analyze learning and performance needs Responsibilities Conducts needs assessments to ensure all development materials are focused on addressing customer needs and closing business performance gaps. Demonstrate competency and ability by achieving buy-in for output from the needs analysis, including development project plans and associated budgets involved from executive decision makers. Designs and builds program and course assessments aligned with defined business needs to measure effectiveness of materials and delivery strategy. Measures will extend beyond the classroom to ensure knowledge transfer and achievement of business results.
