HR/ Recruiting Administrator - (Long Beach, CA)

Kelly Engineer is actively looking for a HR/Recruiting administrator for our Long Beach, CA office. This will be a 3 mon temp to hire opportunity. In this role the HR/Recruiting Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support including those related to the registration of talent, screenings, file maintenance, applicant engagement, and administration. The successful applicant should possess a bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Business, or Marketing) or equivalent track record. Min qualifications include a high-school certificate plus experience in a customer service and/or administrative support role. Applicant must demonstrate an expertise to multitask, an attention to detail, outstanding communication expertise and a technical proficiency (e.g., technical skills). Provide high-quality, accurate, and timely administrative support to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction. Create an organized and efficient working atmosphere. Maintain adequate supplies.
