Position description Human Resources Supervisor is responsible for providing customer service to both internal and external customers. The Human Resources Supervisor provides resources for all teammates HR needs including but not limited to employee relations, payroll, staffing, benefits, investigations, learning and development and so much more.Key responsibilities Works directly with teammates, leads, and supervisors/managers to ensure HR practices and procedures are developed, maintained and enforced. Ensure the company's culture is maintained and follows all company policies and procedures. Manages the full lifecycle of our teammates which includes but not limited to: Internal and External Staffing Pre-employment activities Orientation of new teammates Benefit enrollment Maintenance of team player records
