West Coast Remote Candidate Job description:A Client Service Representative provides phone and email support to end users of our payroll platform on a variety of issues. They provide instruction on application use as well as perform initial troubleshooting research. A Client Service Representative is also responsible for logging the inquiry and all relevant info into our CRM as well as tracking and monitoring the resolution of items that were sent to technical support teams for assistance to ensure a timely resolution.
