Client Payroll Support Specialist - West Coast Remote - (San Francisco, CA)

West Coast Remote Candidate Job description:A Client Service Representative provides phone and email support to end users of our payroll platform on a variety of issues. They provide instruction on application use as well as perform initial troubleshooting research. A Client Service Representative is also responsible for logging the inquiry and all relevant info into our CRM as well as tracking and monitoring the resolution of items that were sent to technical support teams for assistance to ensure a timely resolution. This position will also support end users with TAQ, and HRIS platforms as well.Principal Responsibilities: Current knowledge of general payroll processing, practices and procedures Capable of performing, understanding and explaining to clients payroll and tax computations Expertise to research payroll discrepancies Provides 1st line support to clients and end users of company products Researches, tests
