Property Manager(Part Time Contract) - (El Dorado, KS)

Schreiber Rental is currently seeking a part time contract property manager to join the company in El Dorado, KS. The property manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of rental properties currently comprised of twelve houses, 12 duplexes located in El Dorado, KS, and one duplex located in North Wichita. The company is looking to expand and the property manager will be expected to manage any future property acquisitions. The property manager will be directly responsible for the day to day activities involved in property management. Responsibilities of the Property Manager: Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates; calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals. Uses property management software to perform duties. Attracts tenants by advertising vacancies; obtaining referrals from current tenants; explaining advantages of location and services; showing units. Completes leases with tenants as per company requirements.
