Who We Are:We are looking for an excellent General Counsel (GC) to join our leadership team and play a full role in the continuing growth and development of our enterprise. The person appointed to this position will make an impact and add significant value by: enabling business strategies, ensuring that the company operates within the law at all times, offering counsel on legal issues, being an effective guardian of the organization, ensuring regulatory compliance and limiting risk exposure. The GC for LauncherOne,LLC will be the in-house head of legal affairs. The GC will be responsible for leading corporate strategic and tactical legal initiatives. The GC will provide senior management with effective advice on company strategies and their implementation, manage the legal function, and obtain and oversee the work of outside counsel.
