Litigation Paralegal - Permanent - (Scranton, PA)

Leading Area Law Firm seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their Award-Winning practice. 3 to 5 years' background of plaintiffs' personal injury litigation required. A Paralegal Certificate is strongly preferred but will consider equivalent education and background. If selected, you will be managing cases in litigation until resolution is reached through settlement, mediation, arbitration or trial. Successful applicants will be highly organized as they will be responsible for managing case calendars and attorneys' schedules, paying specific attention to statute of limitations and other deadlines. Selected applicant will work seamlessly with attorneys and clients to keep all parties appraised of current status. They will also be responsible for communicating with adjusters and expert witnesses both in person and by phone.
