The attorney provides legal advice and support in following areas of the law: Government contracts and subjects, construction, including the Price Andersen Act, and others as needed. Knowledge of sales and use tax law and intellectual property licensing also would be advantageous. The attorney manages litigation and response to claims in the foregoing areas of the law. The attorney reviews company practices for legal compliance and risk reduction while promoting achieving company objectives.
