MIN REQUIREMENTS EducationMS in Mental Health, Mental Health Counseling or equivalent program plus 2 [2] years experienceAbilities1. Expertise to relate to children with emotional disturbances and their families2. Expertise to work efficiently with clients and caregivers from diverse cultural backgrounds3. Extensive knowledge of Hispanic culture; as well, proficiency communicating in both Spanish and English4. Availability by phone to assist in crisis intervention, and to provide support and assistance in problem resolution. Periodically provide after hours and weekend crisis call coverage for clinicians on team.5. Expertise to perform clear and concise documentation6.
