Job summary Job Purpose: Administer professional, personalized skin care treatments and service to our guests. Job assignments: Display good customer relation skills and take initiative to greet guests in a friendly manner. Understand and use universal precautions when providing services. Maintain the highest level of product knowledge of skin conditions and customize treatments based on present skin condition. Educate guest about proper skin care. Recommend products for home use. Give all treatments on services’ menu in their category. Have knowledge of and suggest to the guest other beneficial treatments offered in the spa. Have knowledge of ingredient(s) of product(s) and their benefits to the client. Answer guest questions in knowledgeable and professional manner. Begin and end all treatments on time. Ensure that work areas are clean and set according to procedures. Complete commission/hours/tips sheet and turn in on assigned dates to the Spa Director.
