Maintenance Supervisor • Position reports to the Maintenance Manager. • Drive K-Values. • Day to day interaction is generally with individuals at all levels within the plant. • Overall responsibility will be to execute daily activities to have a positive impact on adding value to driving continuous improvement in our big four; o Safety o Food Safety o Service o Cost • Responsible for directing, coordinating, guiding and optimizing maintenance hourly labor as well as contractor labor in the safe and efficient execution of the maintenance plans supporting the overall operation of assigned area/shift. • Responsible for the production of safe quality food. • Supervises the execution of maintenance plans through mechanics in maintenance or other assigned areas/functions and/or contractors.
